Blue dragon?

This is the least of my favourite of three similar drawings. Something in it disturbs me. Also, the head could be smaller and the body a bit larger. And the wings have weird proportion compared to the body. Usually I draw huge wings but not I couldn’t because I wanted it to look cute.
